The 35 story residential tower sits atop nearly 2/3 of an acre in the heart of downtown Los Angeles and will offer 214 residential loft style units, approximately 6,800 SF of ground floor retail, and 322 parking stalls. Heading the design team is Funes Architecture. Construction commenced in late 2006 and is expected to be completed in September 2009.
